Why Sex Coaching?

schwarzer runder Pfeil

Let’s be honest – talking about sex can still feel a little taboo. But when we do, it opens doors: to new perspectives on your body, your desires, and your relationships. Sex coaching is not just about “fixing problems”; it’s about rediscovering curiosity, joy, and fulfilment.

Sex has the potential to boost your self-confidence, fuel your sense of agency, and enrich your life in ways you may not yet have imagined. As a systemic sexual psychotherapist, I provide a safe space to explore these possibilities – without judgment, with empathy, and with a gentle, curious guiding hand.

  • A trusting, non-pressured environment
  • Questions that go deeper – both the ones you want to ask, and the ones that encourage new insights
  • A systemic, solution-focused coaching style: we look for your strengths, your resources, not just the “problem”
  • Exploration of new perspectives so you can reconnect (or connect for the first time) with your sexuality

Stories ß Testimonials

Caro EN

Wiebke is warm, open, and deeply perceptive. Working with her gave me clarity on patterns, fears, and desires I didn’t even fully know I had. In my relationship now, I feel freer. I can talk more honestly, and I feel so much more empowered to try new things.

Caro

Nicole EN

I came to coaching believing something was “wrong” with me. I felt like I needed to be “fixed” to be normal. But during our sessions, I learned to explore my sexuality with playfulness, not shame. Wiebke has a remarkable gift for spotting blind spots – her thoughtful questions opened up new ways of thinking. By the end, I didn’t feel “broken” anymore. Instead, I was inspired, curious, and excited about my sexuality. We laughed a lot, which helped take away the heaviness. And now … I just want to keep exploring.

Work Life ß Sex

Who says you can’t have it all? Sex doesn’t have to take a backseat just because you have a demanding job or kids. In fact, lived sexuality can become a powerful resource – a source of energy, joy, and resilience in the middle of life’s chaos.

I especially love working with women balancing career, parenting, and their own desire for sex. Together, we can explore how to make your sexuality a wellspring of strength and renewal, not another stressor.

If you prefer a group setting, I also run workshop formats on this.

My Approach

My style is systemic, solution-oriented, and resource-focused – not body-therapeutic. That means: the clothes stay on, and we work through conversation, insight, and curiosity (either online or in my cozy Berlin studio).

If you’re also interested in more body-based work, I’m happy to refer you to experienced somatic therapists who complement my style.

In coaching, my goal is to relieve pressure, uncover hidden possibilities, and help you access your innate power, confidence, and pleasure – alone or together with your partner.
